Brake squeal on my Boxster and I'm not sure it's just the pads

There's this high pitched squeal coming from the front right that only shows up once the brakes are warm, so it never happens when I actually take it in for someone to hear. Classic. Pads still have meat on them, discs look fine to my untrained eye, so I'm wondering if it's a sticking caliper or something with the wear sensor. I stay in Al Mamzar and I've been searching for someone who actually knows these cars rather than a general garage that'll just replace everything and charge me for the privilege. Came across an exclusive Porsche garage serving Al Mamzar and it's tempting because the alternative is driving quite far out. Has anyone dealt with brake noise that only appears when hot, and what did it turn out to be in the end? I'd rather not throw money at new discs if the real issue is a caliper that needs rebuilding. Any pointers appreciated because this squeal is genuinely embarrassing in traffic.
