Anyone here on a maintenance plan instead of paying per visit?

I've been doing the pay as you go thing with my Wrangler for three years now, bouncing between whoever's closest when something comes up, and honestly I'm starting to wonder if I'm just bleeding money on stuff that could be caught early. Last month alone I paid for an oil change at one place, then a week later a different shop told me my brakes were shot and my coolant was low, which makes me think nobody's actually looking at the whole car. A mate of mine swears by being on a proper plan where they check everything on a schedule, and he mentioned something about the best Jeep care plan available and how it saved him from a bigger bill when they caught a small leak early. I'm not sure if these plans are actually worth it or just a way to lock you into one workshop, so I wanted to ask people who've actually signed up for one. Does it cover the major stuff or is it mostly oil changes dressed up as a package? And do you feel like you're getting genuine inspections or just a quick glance and a stamp?
