Need a reliable BMW inspection near Umm Suqeim, any suggestions?

I'm looking at a used 2018 BMW 5 Series that's parked in Umm Suqeim and the seller is only free on weekday mornings which makes it a pain to take the car anywhere far. I've never bought a BMW before and honestly the potential repair costs scare me a bit, especially with the turbo and all the electronics. A colleague told me to just book a reliable BMW pre-purchase inspection near Umm Suqeim and stop overthinking it, but I don't know who to trust or what a proper check should include. Do they scan for fault codes, check the suspension, look at the service history? And how long does it usually take? The seller seems okay but he's been a bit vague about previous owners so I'd rather be safe. If anyone here has been through this please share your experience. I just want to avoid buying someone else's headache.
