Urgent – need suspension help near Jumeirah today if possible

So here's the situation – I was driving back from the mall this afternoon and hit what I thought was just a regular pothole near the intersection, but suddenly my car started pulling hard to the right and making this awful clunking noise every time I go over even the smallest bump. I limped it home but honestly I'm terrified to drive it anywhere else because it feels really unstable and I don't want to cause more damage or worse, lose control on the road. The thing is, I have to pick up my kids from school tomorrow morning and I absolutely cannot be without a car, so I need to get this sorted as quickly as possible. I called a couple of places nearby but they all said they're fully booked for at least a week, which is just not going to work for me. I'm based near Al Wasl and I'm desperately looking for a Fast suspension repair service near Al Wasl that can actually fit me in tomorrow or even this evening if they're still open. I don't even care about the cost at this point – I just need someone who knows what they're doing and can get my car back on the road safely without cutting corners or using cheap parts that'll fail again in a month. Has anyone had any luck with workshops in this area that actually keep stock of common suspension components rather than ordering everything from overseas and making you wait forever? I really don't want to have to tow my car all the way to Al Quoz or Sharjah if I can avoid it, but at this point I'll go wherever I need to if it means getting this fixed properly and quickly.
